Implementation of several components for the orthopedic joints, carbon blades.

We have different tools : 3D design, simulation, rapid prototyping and mechanical tests.

The study and identification of the function and the mechanical behavior of each part, helps in the development of more physiological and reliable components.

We have proposed a joint "Physio-Joint"1 made of stainless steel in 2009, replicating the physiological motion of the Knee. (Usable for external assembly for knee orthoses). In 2011 the "Physio-Joint"2 is an evolution of previous experience and the different test enable us to reduce by half the weight of the joint with titanium utilization and new aluminium alloys.
